you don't use a lot of chemicals

We were very happy with the technician who did our carpet cleaning on Friday, September fourth. I wish I could remember his name! He was very informative, professional and did a wonderful job. Our carpets look great!
The carpets were almost dry by the evening, and completely dry the next morning. They weren’t crunchy, like some of the other companies’ cleanings.

Clear communication, quality cleaning, efficient.

The gentleman that came was very nice, professional and thorough. He even came early which made my day open earlier than I thought.

Stephen was professional and helpful, asked if I had any questions and answered them all. He got right down to business and was finished in what I thought was an amazing time. Thank you, Zerorez.

Do a great job every time and it's a good value. Technicians always courteous and arrive on time. Been using them for years.

Dries quickly. No stiffness in carpet. Serviceman wonderful. All spots GONE!!! And they don’t come back!

On time, get the carpet cleaned fast and no mess when completed.

Efficient explanation on what was going to happen friendly

The guy called ahead. He was on time very professional very efficient. Got it done. Got it clean and he was out of here.

Thorough and stand behind service. One technician had trouble with his equipment and had to rush through the work. Not tech's fault, but the work wasn't as thorough as usual. When it began drying we could see stripes, so Zerorez stood behind their warranty and sent another crew out for a free do-over.

On time, curious and good work.

Quick, easy, and a great job.

Zerorez provides great products to keep your home clean. I have been using Zerorez for a while now and no matter who the technician is they are very professional and friendly. Aric was no exception. Greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. Eventhough he was busy cleaning the carpet he still had time for casual conversation which made the process go by faster. Great company and great people.

I love that there are no chemicals. Love the clean look.

Tech did great job. Kept me informed about arrival time.

Great customer service and great cleaning.
