Everything went very well from scheduling the appointment to completion of the service. I think the technician's name was Taylor. He called prior to his arrival, showed up during the scheduled time and did a fantastic job. He was very cordial and knowledgeable about the service he there to provide. Matt, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’m a fan or Zerorez because chemicals aren’t used and left on my rugs. This time I wanted to ensure that the carpets would dry quickly with rain in the forecast. And in fact my sparking clean carpet was dry before the day was over and windows shut before the rain arrived.
