Cons: The speed that my carpets were cleaned made me contemplate if this was truly thorough and effective as not sure if it was a rush job?
Cons: The fact that you charge more to clean one sofa or rug than to clean all the carpet in the whole house.

Per your technician, the special of $119 that I received was for 4 rooms and a hallway but I only had 3 rooms and a hallway so no conceasion was given to clean a rug or two!
But overall, I was very happy with the service and the technician.

It is do easy to schedule an appointment. The service team is always on time and keep you updated on their progress throughout.

It was extremely easy to schedule our carpet cleaning on their website! We were able to get an appointment for a date and time that worked for our schedule which is a big deal for our busy family. We were reminded and communicated with prior to our appointment which was helpful. Chris was our tech for our appointment and I can't say enough nice things about our experience with him! He was kind, honest, knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions as first time customers! We would definitely recommend!
