Adam was great! He did a beautiful job on the carpeting. We also had him test a fabric sample from our two sofas and then he was able to clean both of those before he left. He explained what the was in the cleaning solutions so I was comfortable having him use them in our home.

He was very pleasant to talk to and gave me information of spots that he knew were so old, that he said would probably not be able to remove.
