I like everything about your products and services! The carpets are thoroughly cleaned and they dry quickly. And my technician (Kaiden) was the best! He took the time to explain to me about traffic patterns on carpets and animal "spots" and what can and can't be done to get rid of them. I was really impressed!

I am always impressed with their carpet cleaning. I only use Zerorez. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, he was helping out in Wichita and actually cleaned our carpet. They got old deep dog urine stains extracted perfectly. They are a an outstanding carpet cleaning business. They explain the process how their product works.

They showed up on time and were friendly but professional. We walked the job and I was asked if I had any questions. They then went right to work and seemed through. After they finished we walked the areas to make sure I was satisfied with the job done. They then packed away their tools and then walked the areas again to make sure everything was as it should be and then left.
Easy to schedule. I didn’t feel pressured to schedule more services. The gentleman who came to our house was professional, honest and did a great job, The payment process was quick.
The techs were friendly but professional and got to work quickly after our walk through. Once finished we walked again to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. They then cleaned up and walked the areas again to make sure was clean.

Service was great from start to finish. Originally we were only doing carpet but the guys let us know they could do the tile also. They even offered to move the furniture for us. Great job!

I’ve had you clean my carpets since 2013. Always on time, reasonable costs. The only suggestion I would make is for the people answering the phone to speak clearly especially when they are calling me to ask if they could come earlier.
No chemical smell, dries relatively quickly, courteous and professional staff.
