I’ve used Zerorez on two occasions. On both I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the cleaning. Both providers explained the process and answered any questions I had. The carpets (which are several years old) have a new lease on life: traffic patterns are no longer noticeable, and a couple stubborn stains disappeared. The citrus scent smells fresh and clean. I was able to replace furniture by the next day. Thanks!
