I had the carpet in 2 bedrooms and 15 stairs cleaned. I also had my HVAC lines and cold air returns cleaned. The technician was here for 1 hour and 10 minutes. That seemed like an extremely short time to do all that work, so I hope it was done properly. If so, I am happy with the service.

Your technician was very professional. He was kind, courteous, listened to concerns and took note of problem areas. He made sure to wear protective footwear each time he entered the home. He also took time to explain the process and to answer any questions I had.
