I like them not using chemicals. They are very efficient and the carpets look great. The technician did a great job especially with the areas that needed more attention with stains from our dog.

He was thorough explaining the service and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in our new basement. The carpet looks new and it's over 20 years old. and the room smells fresh!
