I've used Zerorez twice now for cleaning our carpets. The experience has been great both times. From my first phone call in, the representatives I've dealt with were transparent with pricing, super kind, and made it very easy to schedule a time that worked for me. The technicians that have come out to my house have been friendly and respectful. They call when they're about 30 minutes away which is so appreciated, and the time they call is always punctually accurate to the arrival time estimate they give when you schedule(4 hour window, ie: 12-4pm and the tech called at ~2:30). The quality of the clean is excellent! They work efficiently without rushing anything and take the time to make sure you're satisfied before they leave. I love that the carpets are NOT left feeling soaking wet or soapy, and that within the following few hours we can move our furniture back in place. (Also, I love a one question survey - thank you for not asking me to answer 20 questions or write a novel!)

I cannot recommend Zerorez enough! The technician who came out today was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain the process and completely knocked it out of the park.
We needed a deep carpet cleaning and a heavy-duty pet treatment, and the results are absolutely amazing. The carpets look brand new, and the pet treatment completely refreshed the whole house. He worked incredibly hard on our three bedrooms, hallway, and two full flights of stairs, and the level of customer service and quality of work are unmatched.
I am adding pictures to show just how great of a job he did on the rooms and stairs. I won’t be using anyone else for my carpets moving forward. 10/10!
