When calling to schedule, a person answered quickly and she talked through the options and set expectations of how the appointment would go. Once the gentleman arrived to our place he was supper informative on what was needed as we were adding the pet protection. They were quick and our carpets looked and smelled great. We also appreciated that it came with a guarantee if we didn’t like it or the place we were moving out of said they were not happy, Zerorez would come back out at no charge. We are super happy with our services received. Thank you.

I like how each technician thoroughly explains the process whether I’m getting carpet shampooed or air ducts cleaned.

This time we did not use a lot of product. It was really important to get everything out of the carpet due to a cat having become asthmatic. The technician did a really good job of cleaning and drying off all residue possible. The technician suggested a couple things and I nixed them. No hard sale.

I liked the original three-room deal and the technician did a nice job for me. I didn't like that the add-ons (such as the staircase) cost almost as much as the deal itself, and with the odor protection, I ended up paying $300 instead of $109. A lot of bait-and-switch going on with your pricing.

You made my 20+ yr carpet look great, and removed the dark walking path. I was just hoping to refresh my old carpet till I found my new flooring. I absolutely will call you again. Thank you.
