The gentleman who cleaned our home on October 31 was very thorough and the best we have ever had at getting out stains and being very effective. He smiled throughout, kept us informed on his process and timing,and gave advice after asked about the best carpet to buy since that is in our future. Zerorez got us in at the last minute for a late afternoon appointment when it was known that we had family coming in town for the weekend so overall, I was so happy!

I have been using you for several years!! my carpets look brand new after you clean them! The man that came out this last time did the best job I’ve ever had done and have requested him to always come from now on! I have very light carpet and all spots were removed. My stairs were exceptional! there have been times in the past where the carpet was left too wet, but this last time they were dry in a very short time! my appointments have always been right on time and appreciate the several reminders of my appointment coming up. Zerorez leaves zero opportunity for any other company to be used in my home!!

Zerorez is an easy service to schedule and all of their technicians are polite and professional.
Both Victor and Ryan were both very polite. They did a good job on the cleaning, however, when I received the bill, I noticed Victor had said they cleaned 3 rugs and 1 chair, they cleaned 1 area rug, 1 runner and the chair. I was charged $282. which now looks like it was a bit high since they cleaned less.
