The product you use for cleaning is a light citrus smelling product. I like that you can hardly smell it. Was safe to use around my cockatiel bird.

Service Professional Matthew did an excellent job on our carpets. The carpets are of good quality but still are 16 years old (and we have dogs, cats, etc.) He was realistic in his prospects for cleaning - but still OUTDID himself :-). The price was more than reasonable, and, yes we did purchase some extra protection for the carpets (especially needed in the high traffic areas).
Wonderful job - three years of satisfaction. One of his best suggestions was a six month clean instead of a one year between cleanings. The light color of the carpets will stay brighter by the more frequent maintenance. Thank you, Matthew and ZeroRez!

p.s. Stanley Steamer left me living in a swimming pool after
using them many years ago. It took days for the water on
the carpets to dry and then there was a damp odor for
weeks.
The products are environmentally friendly. Emerson was thorough, took his time answering our questions. He was awesome and made sure we were completely satisfied.
I have used Zero Rez several times and I have always been so satisfied. they do a great job and the techs are always friendly and nice. My carpet always looks clean when they finish. I will always use them if my carpet needs cleaning.

I had my carpet and dryer vent cleaned in November. I liked that I got a texted saying that the Zerorez technician was on the way. He arrived on time. He introduced himself. His name was Nick. I showed him the areas that are to be cleaned and where the dryer was. He got right to work. When it came time for cleaning out the dryer vent, I had some questions. Nick took the time to answer them. He explained what he was going to do. I will request Nick for future cleanings.
