Pohai was knowledgable, professional, and explained all the steps of what he was going to do before he started. It was a pretty simle procedure and he told us it would be a bit loud, which it was. He was all done and cleaned up in about 1 1/2 hrs.

My carpets cleaned up beautifully. The Technician, Connor was professional, pleasant, efficient and took pride in his work. He explained the process and products that would be used from start to finish, and he made sure I was happy with the finished clean carpets before he removed the cleaning equipment and left.
