I have used Zero Rez multiple times I have been more than satisfied This recent visit for 3 bedrooms area rug was again excellent service The technician was very thorough in explaining what he recommended given the condition of the carpets (after renting). Just want to say I knew I would spend more than the base price. For me the additional upgrades were well worth it. They now do carpet stretching and I’m making another appointment.

I received a call about 5 minutes before he arrived. He was professional, infromative and very nice. he did a great job.

Scheduled appointment was easily made. Reminder call the evening before was appreciated. Service provider arrived within the window of time for scheduled appointment. He was cordial, professional and answered the few questions I had. He worked diligently and gave a thorough cleaning of carpeting throughout my apartment which improved its overall appearance. My two cats experienced no reactions to the cleaning agent used. I’ve now had two cleaning done by Zerorez, have been pleased with this service and would not hesitate to again request this service in the future.

We appreciated the level of customer service that your office gives to their customers. I like that you also communicate via text! Unfortunately, this level of service doesn't happen often when you have questions and have to wait for someone to write or call you back. The Service Rep that came to our home was so nice and was efficient as well. He was also honest about what he could and could not do. The products are non-toxic and work!
