Zeroresz did a perfect job cleaning my 47 year old carpet! Martin, the tech, was personable ,professional and polite. He managed to remove stains that I thought would be impossible to remove. He made certain that marble and tile areas were dry and safe to walk on... I am a senior citizen who uses a cane and Martin and Zerorez demonstrated sincere concern for my safety.
