I like that the carpets are not soaked in the process of being cleaned. Our technician Matthew did a great job of explaining extra services and we came up with the best plan to clean our carpet. It was easy to set up an appointment and get any questions answered before the service began. We would definitely ask for Matthew again.

I heard about zerorez a long time ago and never tried it because I figured it wouldn't work without chemicals etc.. I've been using a traditional carpet cleaner and they really do a fantastic job. The problem is that they've become expensive and I've been putting it offline. My daughter is a real estate agent and your company did a seminar on your services and she encouraged me to try it. I called Zerorez and 4 days later your technician was cleaning my carpet. It only took maybe 1 hour and it was done. It was left mildly damp and absolutely dry by the next morning. I had a couple of bad foot traffic stains and they disappeared. Great job done by your rep "Sol"!

Jonathan did a wonderful job cleaning my very, very dirty carpets. He showed up on time (actually ahead of time but called to let me know). He was very polite. My carpets are very old and haven't been cleaned for a long, long time, but you'd never know that from the outcome of Jonathan's hard work. They look beautiful and new again!! Zerorez is the ONLY rug cleaning company in Tucson that I have used in the past and will continue to use in the future.
Punctual arrival, our technician, Robert, did a great job cleaning our carpet. He put on protective shoe booties and thoroughly extracted any remaining water off the carpet so it quickly dried.

I like the cleaning solution. It is natural and smells nice and at the same time cleans very well including removing stains! The whole carpet process is quick and effective.
