Very easy to schedule service; technician was very professional and kind.
With a dog and two cats, my carpets get really dirty. Zerorez gets them completely clean, including where my cats have had "accidents." The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly dedicated to doing the best job possible for my home. I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaning company.
Lawrence did a great job.
Very prompt and professional!
But Service person should bring their OWN hand towels to dry up wood floors that were next to carpet that was just cleaned. Wood floor should be dried immediately after room carpet is cleaned.
I would recommend Zerorez!

I like the reasonable price for the carpet cleaning service
I have already recommended Zerorez to family and friends. They did a great job cleaning my carpet, it dried quickly and had no after smell. I don’t believe home carpet cleaners have the power to be as effective. Even the most picky of my relatives was very pleased. The young man who cleaned it was very polite and informative. I would definitely recommend them.
Well trained cleaners, good outcomes
