My experience with Zeroez was completely bonkers! I've been a corperate exec for 30 years now. I have hired many capet cleaners. But nothing came came close to the change in our carpets as this company. The two workers sent to us were the most professional, hard working and honest guys I have seen in quite quite a while. It was a pleasure. The customer service was off the chain. We had massive 2'x3' ink spill that has never been able to come up. Weve attempted all knids of products as well as multiple companies. I know this might sound a bit cheesy or like an infomercial. But I can asure this is for real. The entire ink spill went completely away. ANd I mean complete. As in nothing left. On top of all of that, cleaning our office chairs and the works, were were charged half the price, and in some case less than half, of what competetors have charged in the past. Phenomenal! This is our company form now on. And if somebody can drop by a set of business card for me to hand out to the many other organization in this business park, I will do so. Impressed!!!

The carpet from my kitchen into the living room was VERY dirty. I didn't think it would come clean. Johathan from Zerorez said he would try his best but he wasn't sure it would all come out. When he was finished, it was completely clean and looked brand new. I was so pleased! My carpet is over 20 years old, and he made it look brand new. Jonathan was very polite and efficient. I am always willing to suggest Zerorez to any of my friends for carpet cleaning.
