I like that you only use water and not chemicals on my carpets. I didn’t like that you gave me a 4 hour window that you were supposed to come to my house. When the time window was over, I had to call to see when the technician might show up. It would have been nice to get a call saying they were running late, so I could get some errands done, instead of just staying home waiting

Technician was very courteous, and efficient. He walked through entire process with me. Did a walk around all of the rooms, talked about what he was going to do. Carpets were clean (as expected) and dried by end of the day.
