The tech arrived on-time and was very professional. I appreciated the removal of shoes and the runners placed on our flooring for protection. I was reminded to inform the tech if there were any stains, problem areas and such that would need additional attention. I was able to show the high traffic area I wanted attention on. The job went about 1.5 hours for 3 rooms, a landing and staircase of 13 stairs. I LOVE the quick dry time, the new life brought back into my carpet! I was not anticipating the "crunchy" feeling of the carpet after it was dried but that went away quickly after I vacuumed. This was affordable (with promo) and easier than a Rug Doctor!

The pricing was exactly as discussed; there were no surprises, and they were on time and finished the job quickly.

Nick cleaned my home in Lexington, SC. His services was outstanding and he moved with a purpose. I would recommend him to anyone who needs the job done correctly and in a timely manner. (There was one thing I saw, and it was the lack of the corner covers), but everything else was great so I give him still a 10 out of 10.
