Alyx was great, he helped our poor carpets return to their fresh and clean state and that allowed us all to breathe a little easier! We included the bio treatment and that really gets the job done right. We have 17 dogs, Alyx was shocked. I credit Zerorez for helping us to live a sanitary and peaceful life rescuing animals that are dumped on our county roads. Its a lot of work keeping up with the 4 legged critters and zerorez always puts that finishing touch stamp of a well cleaned home when they visit us. Couldn't be more pleased. The two gentlemen that did the work were extremely courteous and professional. We moved what items we could from the rooms being cleaned and they moved the heavier items and put Styrofoam pads underneath them when they finished. The carpets look great and pricing was very fair. I would not use anyone else to clean carpet but Zerorez.
