Not only am I giving you a 10 for this appointment but I believe there was only 1 technician that I was not enamored with his work. He seemed to be in a hurry.
This time! That young man was amazing. He warned me about the coffee stain by husband recliner but yet he managed to get it out. Every single stroke of that wand on my carpet was perfect and I know because I am addicted to the cleaning lines (wet or dry) in my carpets. Someone I feel like it's better and that might be that he actually cleaned ever 1/4" of the space because those lines overlap.
My true test is that after it's dried and before I put things back, I lay down and put my nose in the carpet and breathe deep. I have not used any other company Zerorez
since I started with Zerorez back in the early 90's when I heard the first advertisement on Tom Barberi's radio show .
Carlos did an amazing job on our carpet! We had pet stains from two elderly dogs. Try as we might, we couldn’t eliminate them. Carlos treated the stains with your special treatment and they are GONE. I’ve already recommended Zerorez to a friend.
The men were on time, polite, informative, worked quickly and efficiently, left no mess, and were good about keeping the doors closed so my cats couldn't get out! The price I paid was exactly the amount quoted on the phone. I will be letting everyone know of my pleasure in using your company.
I liked the young man that did the cleaning as opposed to last year when the man was so nasty this one today this trip was kind and patient and just very nice and did an excellent job.

The technicians are always professional and well knowledgeable. They perform the service quickly and thoroughly. The carpet is never over drenched and dries within a few hours. Having pets I general get my carpet cleaned every six months. Zero Rex is my go to carpet cleaning company.

Service was excellent. Professional and personal all at the same time. As a person who is very sensitive to chemicals and fragrances, I appreciate that I had no reaction to the regular cleaning product that was used. The only thing I would do differently is refrain from asking that something be used to eliminate the very slight smell of pet urine. Otherwise, best replacement I’ve found after the closing of Asheville Cleaners on Merrimon.

Furniture is very old and has never been professionally cleaned .. so you can only imagine .. well he assured me it would come clean and it sure did in no time he was finished my recliner looked about new again !!
