Despite all the construction dust and mess, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. The stairs look refreshed and clean—honestly better than we expected given the circumstances. We really appreciated their attention to detail and how easy they were to work with. Highly recommend!

I had 2 services on the same day (air duct & carpet cleaning). Air ducts - techs (Ken & Ethan - trainee) arrived on time, courtesy call prior to arrival. They were polite, professional, friendly and efficient. Our air ducts, returns, stack, and dryer vent were cleaned in a little over an hour.
As they left, I received a courtesy call from our carpet tech, Jay. Again, he was polite, professional, friendly and courteous. Our carpet in three rooms were cleaned quickly and efficiently. Our house is clean, smells great! I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Great job from Zerorez. My carpets are older but cleaned up pretty good. Brandon worked his magic on a few stained areas and our hall traffic pattern. Also was able to freshen up our ottoman.
One thing I like is that they dont use a lot of chemicals in their treatment. Would definitely use again.
