Stefan was very professional and helpful with other areas that I asked about in addition to the original ones I had in mind. He cleaned the areas very well. He was conscientious about drying areas on the wood floor that were sprayed accidentally. He did an absolutely wonderful job. I had hesitated to bring anyone into to do this work because I don't like using a lot of chemicals that then remain in the carpet or floors. I will most certainly use this service again and I have already recommended him to my family members.

Your technician was very nice, trustworthy and knowledgeable. While facing difficult with his equipment her showed great patience and ability to resolve the issue without raising alarm in me! That in itself is very applauding! But he also did a very great job at cleaning my carpets!
