The gentleman was very kind. He did a fabulous job, the steps I know are hard.
I just have one comment. He had a truck that he said overheated and leaked! Give your guys reliable trucks and fix or keep them up. That’s NOT fair to them! I was surprised a big company doesn’t do that.

Both technicians were very friendly. The lead technician walked around the work area to check for pet residual stains and then explained everything before starting. The team was quick and thorough and protected trim and furniture from damage. The cleaned rugs look great!

Zero Riz cleaned the carpets, strayed carpet protector, and refreshed a sofa and loveseat. I choose them as they do not use soap which leaves a residue. The friendly/professional technician was very though in his approached to the whole job. This was evident in how he carefully moved a few small pieces of furniture so the job could be more complete. All furniture that would be placed back on the wet carpet had either small squares of plastic or foam blocks put under them so no wood would touch the floor as it dried. My original estimate included a company coupon and 20% off. The total came to more as I agreed to having the protector spray applied to the entire carpet as well as the sofa and loveseat.
