Bryan, the cleaning technician, did an outstanding job. We had a couple bad stains and he was able to make a huge difference on those. All six rooms, stairs and landing look great.

We have always had a great experience with Zerorez Carpet Cleaning. One thing we really appreciate is that they use a special technique in their cleaning process, so there’s no sticky residue left behind on the carpet. You can actually feel the difference—my carpets stayed cleaner longer instead of attracting dirt again quickly,despite the heavy foot traffic at the school.
Another big plus is that there’s no overpowering chemical smell afterward. The carpets just feel fresh and clean without any heavy scent, which is great.
It is quick and easy to schedule an appointment and the team is always punctual, professional and efficient. They do an excellent job overall.
