Well to be honest the first person must have new look very confused and come on quoted 860.00 $ for 3 bedrooms and 4 rugs bedroom 39$ each rug were 5x7 5x8 2x10 and 1and half x8 I said no way than he was going give me half off at 560$ than is not half off sorry 2 other bedroom steel have stains and one bedroom had a weird smell and it took him almost an hour to figure the prices out, something was not right about him even when he use is phone to add took him for ever.
I chose Zerorez at the recommendation of two of my friends and I couldn't be more pleased with the technician (Jay) and the end result of the cleaning of my carpets. I will gladly use Zerorez again.

Morino show up on scheduled, was extremely friendly, respectful, and thoroughly explained the process and options based on my carpet. No high sales pitch and made me feel very comfortable. He completed the job in the timeframe he estimated and I couldn’t believe the results! The carpet looked and smelled so much better. Great experience and will call again for future needs.
