Good communication with the company; the technician, Jacob, asked if he could come earlier than scheduled which worked wonderfully. He arrived as scheduled and got straight to work after explaining what he was going to do. He perfectly cleaned the carpet in a small living room & hall, he cleaned a love seat and recliner chair and returned them to their original colors!! All this, well done, in less than 90 minutes. I will use Zerorez again.

Jamie was our service guy. He was very detail and was extremely professional with all the hoses. He made sure that the hoses weren't hitting the walls or furniture. Company was very responsive to texts and calls, explained everything over the phone and what to expect. When the tech was at my house he was polite and fast. He explained everything again and answered my questions throughout the carpet cleaning process. The whole process was maybe an hour for a big carpeted basement. Take into account that the tech had to haul in hoses and stuff and collect payment the actual work took maybe half hour. Floor was nearly dry to walk on when he left and totally dry the next morning (so from like 7PM to the next morning to be totally dry) products didnt smell strong or bad. Think of like a deodorant like scent after you roll it on in the morning and you can maybe smell it through your shirt a little, like that strength.. and that smell was gone by the next day, along with the unpleasant pet smell, all completely gone and the carpet looks and feels great.

Zerorez is a miracle carpet cleaning service. And their technicians are highly knowledgeable about removing ink and paint from carpet in my art studio. I’ve used them for 5 years and Kyle and John are the best! They are reliable, hard working and know their business. I hope the owners realize that these two gentleman are a true asset to this company and treat and pay them well.

Mike was very good at explaining all of the options to me, and also reviewed all of the work that was to be done prior to actually doing it. He was on time, actually early, which was also very nice. My rugs and my upholstery look great and I'm very pleased with the work.

Excellent customer service. The technician answered all my questions and showed me what was deep down in my carpet. This was a move-in cleaning, and I was so happy that they were able to clean before I moved any of my belongings in. The carpet looked and smelled wonderful.
