First off my carpet was very filthy, and I did not want to pay for additional spot cleaning. Justin spoke highly of the company and even more of his capability to get my rooms to a pleasing clean. He walked me through the entire process, discussing my problem areas and educating me on things that contribute to carpet staining. He is very respectful, knowledgeable, has great communication and customer skills, making the experience feel personable yet professional. I never felt like I had a stranger in my home. Yes!! If you’re wondering, my carpet looks amazing.

We were very pleased with the quality of cleaning, our carpets and rugs looked great! I had some concerns with one area rug that had ripples on the edges and in the middle and wasn't laying flat, after the cleaning. I called and spoke to Danny about my concerns. He said that can happen, explained why, and said it should resolve in 3 days.

I worried for 3 days but it did resolve, my rug is fine! AND, Danny called to follow up and wanted to know if the rug had laid flat. I so appreciate that follow up call, it's what a good business would do and shows great customer service by taking the time to check back with me. Thank you, Danny. We will gladly use Zero Rez again!
