Zero Rez gets my carpets clean and they dry quickly, so there's not so much upheaval in our normal routine. I do wish the technician had let me know he wouldn't move the LR chairs, so I could have done that to get more than just the 'walking surfaces' also done

The technician was running behind, but called to let me know that within a timely manner. When he arrived, he wasted no time getting to work and when he was finished the tile was gleeming beautifully and the carpet had a nice freshly cleaned appearance and smell.
