Service was excellent from beginning to end! I received a call 15 minutes before the beginning of the scheduled window and the technician arrive right on time. I went over what needed done and he had my carpets cleaned and looking great within 30 minutes. I have used Zerorez for years and will continue to do so.

This system,m uses only a special water to clean the carpets. Tnerefore, Therefore there is no soapy residue left in the carpet. And they are fast and personable.
