Great service, efficient and thorough

I had the carpets cleaned the 1st time and there were 2 areas near each other where there was both male and female cat urine. You did a special deep flooding treatment of those areas which did help. However there was still an odor after several days. I called you to have it re-treated and you were very responsive and sent a different person out. The 1st two that came I think were on vacation. The 1st crew did the best they could and were really great and said it may need a second treatment.
The man that came the second time also did a great job. He took the time required and did another deep flooding treatment of the area. After a couple of days the odor was mostly gone but still a slight odor. I ordered an Ozone/ione machine and that, after using it for about 12 hrs over 2 different days took care of the rest.
I know that cat urine is very difficult to get out so I am glad you were able to do as much as you did and were willing to do it again. It and the ozone machine saved me from replacing the carpet.

The service was very effective and efficient. There was one slight issue that could not be cleaned properly was the top edge of the back of the couch where our dog rubs his face. Some was removed but not all of it. I will need to use my steam cleaner to complete the cleaning.

Easy to schedule, good communication throughout the service.

Zerorez is great! Our chairs were originally cleaned and looked great. After drying, more stains appeared on the fabric and Zerorez came out the next day and cleaned them again. No extra charge!

The young men who cleaned the carpets were polite and job was well done. They were good at explaining everything.

Marcel provides top shelf service. He goes above and beyond to make sure the carpet gets cleaned. Plus, he explains the whole process and how to minimize stains in the future. He will be miss after he leaves. Not sure what I’ll do then.

Everything was excellently done. My only problem is it was very expensive.

Dryer vent is cleaned out and the tech re-taped the dryer vent that had come loose.

Both techs (carpet and dryer vent clean out were pleasant and professional.

The carpets look clean and fresh and the cleaning went off without a hitch. Drying took longer than anticipated and we had to run floor fans at room entrances to dry. They seemed wetter than the rest of the rooms.

They were on time and did a great job.

The tech I had was so thorough cleaning my 2 sectional couches. Took his time as was very detailed. They look great and so do my stairs. Thank you!
