Booking the appointment was easy. The technician called ahead and arrived as scheduled. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He took time to explain how he was going to do the work and answered all my questions. The carpet looks nice and clean, I am satisfied with the work.
The technician walked me through the whole process and gave me options for deeper cleaning. It wasn’t a hard sell which I appreciated. When he was done, the house smelled and looked clean.
