The two men who came out were very professional, considerate, respectful of our home and belongings and did an amazing job, especially on the stains in the living room. They went above and beyond for us. I am a 77 year old partially handicapped man and my husband is 84. We did a good job of prepping the place and moving as much furniture as we could and these two men worked around what we had not been able to do. They didn't comment but just pitched in and helped us. I hope you pay them a good wage but there is no compensation that rewards a great attitude.

Efficient service and effective products
They great machines items to clean the carpets. But I feel that what did not make me to happy with their work was they were to fast doing the carpets did not take thier time at all. I felt the carpets cleaning was half done and it was just fast once. High traffic areas was done twice. Maybe taking a little longer or more time may be okay.
No sticky residue left on carpet and feels better on your feet.
