Our tech was great!
AJ my technician was OUTSTANDING, explain all aspects of the job. He was extremely professional and insured I was satisfied with the service. The additional cost due to room size was a little surprising but worth it. I would highly recommend Zerorez for carpet service.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They stand behind their work-- After my carpet dried, there was a 5 x 8 section where all the dirt had not extracted. They came back, treated the carpet and redid that section. It all looks amazing! I was SO impressed!
The young man that cleaned my carpet was very nice and profession. He did a super job. I have been with you for 3 years and very please.
The scheduling and payment processes were easy and transparent. The technician was polite, efficient, and thorough. No high pressure "up-selling" from the technician. The carpets were clean with no feeling of sticky residue after they dried. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
The service person who came to my home was friendly, efficient, and he got the stain out of the new carpet!

Our technician did an outstanding cleaning at my Mother's home. The carpets looked amazing after the cleaning. Jose was also able to get us a 20% discount helping us with our tight budget. ZEROREZ has always been great with my family and I also refer them to all my real estate clients. God Bless and Continued Success to all of you at ZEROREZ🙏🏼

Love the “no shampoo” aspect because no matter how much rinsing … it always is better without the hassle of residue!!
