I would love to have been able to give you a 10 on this service date, but your technician had told my wife about a soda stain or tea stain on the carpet in the master bedroom and it was faint and I figured that it would be taken care of. After the carpet dried the stain was there, well the carpet is 100% polyester, which should not retain the stain once it’s clean. I sprayed on some Folex and was able to get rid of the stain in seconds. I’m not sure why the tech was not able to get it out, but I got it out which is why I only gave you a nine. As far as what I love about the Services, there’s no soap or chemicals which can actually do damage to carpet fibers. Other than that, I would highly recommend your company to friends, family, and associates.

Julio provided excellent service. His attitude is friendly, but professional. He worked hard to be sure I was satisfied and the lingering stains removed.

I liked the idea that Sunbrella favored cleaning by Zerorez. Comparison with other furniture cleaners whose chemicals and water left a residue on furniture was less desirable. My deck furniture looks great.

My technician called early in the day to let me know he would be at the latter end of the 3 hour time period and he called again when he was on his way. I appreciated the heads up and opportunity to run an errand before he arrived. He was flexible in where he needed to park his van to provide service and the furniture he cleaned looks great.

We are very pleased with the way our carpets were cleaned. They did a VERY good job. It made a very big difference.

Courteous technician, thourough work. Answered auestions clearly and volunteered information. Results were wery good on rugs ans carpets that were wll past due for cleaning.

My appointment was for after 3pm on Friday. That was the only appointment available. That morning he calls and asks if he could come early. I agreed and his timing couldn't have been better. He arrived right on time. Didn't waste any time. I showed him where the work was and nocked it out. He did an excellent job. My wife and I were able to do all of errands we needed to do.
