I like the service cuz it pulls up the dirt and made the carpet fluffy and soft
the technician is very good in his service. However, he refused to do a small area as a test case before we proceeded. In the email, it said the customers could request it. The communication between the head office and the technician onsite need to be strengthened.
Their follow up work completely removed the stains.
