Our technician Zach was very informative and friendly. He walked us through different options and services offered as well as was accommodating to our desire to add additional services not initially discussed prior to the appointment. He did a great job with our carpet and tile.

Quite efficient very satisfied
Knowledgeable staff that does a fantastic job. The only reason I don’t give a 10 is because I do think the prices at Zerorez are a bit high.

Zerorez's workers are polite, fast, and efficient. I've been hiring your company for years. I can always count on amazingly clean carpets that do not look their age: 26 years, not new. Thank-you!
My carpets have never been cleaner. No residue or smell from chemicals. Dried in one day so I could put my furniture back and enjoy my clean house.
