I made a reservation on line but was unable to get the date I really wanted, so I called and you found a spot to have my carpet cleaned on the day I wanted. Sal called me 45 minutes before arrival, allowing me to secure my 2 cats and do final preparation. Sal and Dave were very sweet, knowledgeable and efficient and did a GREAT job cleaning my carpets. Sal offered an additional special for extra rooms to be "protected" and also offered me an opportunity to have some throw rugs cleaned -- yes, you always "sell up", but it seemed like I got good value for the services provided.

I have been a customer for years, and continue to use only Zerorez for my floors and carpet cleaning. Thank you!

I like that your appointments were easy to make. The cleaning liquid didn’t have any unpleasant odor. The rug dried in a good period of time. Travis the young man who cleaned my rugs was very personable. He explained about your product and how it works. It did not take a lot of time to do the cleaning.

Jason did the carpets for us this week. I have used this company a few times before, and frankly, Jason did a better job by himself than MULTIPLE guys doing the same job. He worked his a$$ off and got every little stain out of our carpet - INCLUDING the ones this same company missed last clean. Give that man a RAISE! Thanks again Jason - best work we have ever had for carpet cleaning!

Our tech William was courteous and hard working. He really improved our overdue-for-cleaning carpets. We knew he couldn’t make them new again, but he improved them tremendously. He used an enhanced product on heavily soiled areas and we were very pleased with the results and with his work ethic. We will use this company again and recommend it to our friends.
