Good people and they took care with our house
I apologize that i forgot the name of the young man who cleaned the carpet. He was GREAT! Very polite and informative. Told us everything he was going to do. He even upsold me on the fiber protection which i normally would never fall for or agree too. Would have him come back again.

Communication with ZeroRez was great before, during and after the service. They cleaned carpets and rugs in our whole house. All look great. We are very pleased They aim to please in every way and did a very small piece at no extra charge ( lagniappe)
I liked the explanation of how they clean wool vs synthetic rugs. Also learned the option of sending it out for an additional fee.
