The cleaning products are really good and Joel did a good job.
The carpets are clean and the Oder is gone. However the service prodvided told me that I didn’t have the air duct cleaning even though I’m pretty sure I had the discount option on my quote/ invoice. So I went with out those getting cleaned, that’s why I didn’t rate a 10. There were some small stains still left over but the majority of the carpet looks fresh and clean.

Tech, Steve, was so polite & slipped his protective bootties on right away, explained process & about how long it would take. When finished he decided to go over an area on the one chair & it looked much better when he did that
