My carpet looks very clean, but I am not sure how the $99+25.00 special got up to $300. I guess the Tech had to follow some special rules such as my bedroom was not wall to wall and had very large area rugs, so did not qualify for the 3 room special. Now I know!

The customer service was 5 stars .They communicate with you before the appointment and make sure you’re happy with the service. The smell was very clean and not over powering. I have severe allergies and it didn’t bother me at all. Definitely would use them again!
