I had my carpets cleaned on Friday, December 6, 2024. I was out of town, but my husband was at our home during the cleaning. He said that the person who cleaned was very thorough with his cleaning, and it shows. He even removed two large spots that the previous cleaner had only lightened. I had a stain in my carpet that was from a cranberry juice spill. It had been there for about eight years and has been cleaned by two different carpet cleaning companies! One of the technicians from zerorez used a special technique on the stain and amazingly pulled it out of the carpet! I had no expectation that the stain would go away and it did! I love that my carpets don’t feel crunchy when I walk on them because there are no chemicals on them! My carpets also dried much faster than a normal steam cleaning! I highly recommend Zerorez!
