It was easy to schedule a time for my carpet cleaning😄(A simple phone call took care of it no password needed……. I appreciated knowing exactly what it was going to cost before having the carpet cleaned. The service person arrived exactly on time and explained what she was going to do and why before she started. When the job was finished my 10 year old carpet never looked better !!! A fantastic job. I am very very pleased😀

Arrived on time, explained what would be done and then got to work!
Finished in just under 2 hours and got all the stains out. The rugs were dry in about 5 hours, a bit longer where the stains were and the high traffic ares.

You have a good one in Kevin, who showed a desire to listen to and please his customer, and was extremely proficient and attentive to detail.
