Cory called to confirm his appointment in a timely manner before his arrival. Upon his arrival, he did a "walk thru" of the carpeted area that was to be cleaned and promptly began his cleaning. He was very courteous and cordial throughout his entire visit! Cory was meticulous and did a fantastic job of cleaning!! Zerorez scores again!!

Safe for pets and environment. No stinky perfume smell after. All spots were cleaned and carpet dried very quickly. Tech was very careful of furniture, hardware floors, corners, baseboards and walls.
