William did a great job. He was very courteous. He called to see if we would like him to come a bit earlier than our scheduled appointment. He was very polite during the call. When he arrived he introduced himself then looked around to see what needed to be done. He asked appropriate questions and wanted to be sure we wanted certain procedures done. He treated areas that we talked about then went about getting the carpet shampooed. He was very efficient and did an excellent job. We appreciated his efficiency and his work ethics. I was very impressed with the tech who came out. He was very professional and respectful of my home. He did a great job. We were a little worried as on the second day, the whole house kind of smelled like musty dirty water. It was like it got rid of most of our pet smell, but left a dirty water scent instead. However, that did dissipate after another day or two. Our carpet pet smell when he first came was like a 9, and after zerorez came out, its at like a 3 or 4, so it's unfortunately not gone completely, but it has improved a lot, and our carpet feels cleaner which makes me feel better. It is more plush and softer now.

My carpet had not been cleaned professionally in years. It was almost black in high traffic areas. The scrubber brought up lots of cat hair and dirt. And it dried within a day with a box fan. The man that did the cleaning was very friendly and did a great job! I will definitely use them again!

My grout has not been cleaned since I bought the house and our technician did a great job. There are still areas in kitchen that need work but he shared what product to get so we. Am work on it. Would definitely use them again as it is so refreshing to know the product is chemical free.
