I have been getting carpets cleaned for a few decades, but this was by far my best experience. Jay, my technician did an excellent job. He actually removed a stain that the prior technician from another company was unable to remove. Jay was friendly, prompt & did a fantastic job. He also explained the process in depth. He informed us of your other services as well as the benefit of getting those services. I will definitely use your company again, and hopefully I am allowed to request Jay.

I called to have multiple pieces of upholstery furniture cleaned. Mason double checked the furniture labels to ensure he provided the proper options, he explained the solution vs. water and proceeded accordingly after a quick discussion with me to ensure I understood the process.
