This was the best ever, we've used zerorez numerous times and are extremely pleased with the pet and coffee stains being gone.

Our rugs are really clean.
The only hiccup was the delivery. We were scheduled for Friday morning but they were a no show. When I called, I was told there was a problem with the van. I was disappointed that I wasn’t informed.
They delivered the rugs the next day.

ZEROREZ was able to clean our carpet after difficult stain by our dog passing. Probably one of the hardest carpet bio stains and George was able to clean the spot after 2 rounds saving the need to replace the carpet.

Service guy was on time and discussed the status and options we had in cleaning the floor. He was very considerate of us and did a nice job with the floor. Based upon his service, I told him I would be considering my other bathroom for cleaning as well. Cost and performance were both pluses. Thanks.
