All the Technicians we've ever had come to our home are well trained, reliable, friendly, informative and willing to go above and beyond the norm.
This time when the cleaning was done there were a few stains left. But, Braydon did an incredibly job with an impossible situation! He treated the areas that needed it and kept working and going over the bad spots. We are grateful for all the hard work he put in and the kindness he found time to share! He is truly amazing! Our home looks and smells wonderful! Thank you.

Your representative/cleaner, Will went out of his way to get stains and spots out, that a previous rug cleaner could not. The previous cleaner was only about one week earlier than Will. Highly recommend Zero Res and Will.

I was amazed at how quickly he was able to get it done. This is so much less expensive than replacing my carpet and sofas. One of my sofas is almost 15 years old and I thought I was going to have to throw it out. It looks almost new again – The stains are out.

Oh goodness, we love the friendly technician, and how knowledgeable he is about stains, solutions and recommendations - and how thoroughly he cleans. He’s fast, yet detail-oriented and leaves everything pristine and cleaned up. I’d commend him by name but I can’t remember it! I hope he’s paid very well.
