Giving a 10-star rating to Matt H for the excellent work on my carpets and for his exceptional customer service. Matt has been cleaning my carpets for 4 years, he has always been on-time to the appointments, goes over the cleaning process, is very thorough and makes recommendations on how to spot clean high traffic areas in between yearly cleanings. The most recent cleaning, I had some questions concerning the warranty on my carpet, and although Matt didn't have an answer, he immediately called his office, got an answer and even took the time to go over my carpet warranty with me before he stated the job. That is the true definition of exceptional customer service. Thank you so much Matt, you are the BEST! Teri Gee

Service was quick. I would just say the cost is quite high compared to me doing it myself. I believe in spending for convenience, this just seemed steep. Over $200 for just 2 rooms..

The gentleman who serviced my home was great so I appreciate him.

I would just say the hoses that are brought in from outside leave a mess. They do vacuum the rooms they are servicing, just not all the way from the front door up the stairs.

This is my second time using Zerorez. The techs are polite and friendly. I love the fact that they use very little water and the carpet dries really fast.

The gentleman that came to my house was real professional ( i don't remember his name) and did a great job on cleaning my carpets. He recommended a treatment because of pet urine on the carpet. The carpet turned out real good even though heavy traffic area after the cleaning there was some that didn't but he said that might happen. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone that needs their carpets clean.

I liked it ..at first ..the worker did well ..I gave him a $ 20 tip he did well ...it smelled fresh ...but the smell is back ...and I paid double because I only had 1 room .

I was quoted 70 ...and I pd way more than that ...had to pay for 2 rooms ... I gave the tech a tip because he was on time ...courteous and explained the process ... but I need them to come back ...and a redo .....thank you ...T.H.

The technician took the time to make sure my carpets were properly cleaned, they actually look brand new, and did so in a timely manner! I love that I don’t have to smell the toxic perfume in some of the carpet cleaning products. Thank you!!

The service technicians were so through and so friendly.

It was easy to communicate with the whole team in scheduling an appointment and setting realistic expectations. Our tech arrived promptly and communicated efficiently. Our rocking chair was in dire need of a cleaning and looks so much better now. Not all stains were removed, which we were made aware of, and our tech even cleaned an area of my son's room that was not in the original quote. We greatly appreciated his time and effort.

For feedback, I would suggest techs ask to use the bathroom first prior to using it. Ours used my daughter's bathroom without asking, which was not shown to him beforehand, and has all her bath toys and various items - not exactly a bathroom I prefer guests to use.

Otherwise, it was a great experience and we're glad a friend referred Zerorez to us!

Very fast response, and did a great job! Even between the Christmas and New Years holidays, they arrived within hours, while everyone else was out 6-10 days

The technician announced his arrival by text and was punctual. He worked hard to remove stains and gave me some insight as to how to deal with any future accidents. He was very polite. I would definitely ask for him again !
