The service was very good. My carpet is clean and refreshed. The guy pretreated my carpet and cleaned it very good. I would recommend the driver NOT to smoke before entering my home. I do not smoke so I do not want that smell in my house. This is something that should be addressed ASAP!

Your guy shows up on time, he phones when he is about 15 min away, hard worker. My carpets and cloth-covered loveseat always look great after your cleaning. So worth it.
It was easy and quick to schedule. Staff on the phone were helpful and friendly. The men providing the service showed up in the early portion of the window. They called ahead to give us a heads up they were on the way. They were clean, quick, respectful, and personable. We enjoyed the service and will consider again in the future!

My carpet looks new smells clean feels good not stiff like most carpets after cleaning.
She was really thorough and the carpets dried really quickly. They were almost completely dry when she left right in the middle of winter it was really nice.
From start to finish it was great service, from the initial call with Zoya to the final clean with Steven.
They both dealt with me in a professional way, both very polite and courteous.
It was only a small job of a dining chair.
When Steven arrived he talked me through the services you provide and pointed out why you are different to your competitors. He noted that I have a few pets and talked to me about the various pet treatments, deodorisers and carpet protector for when I have my carpets cleaned next time.
He showed me exactly how your water works by using two little jars and using a bit of oil. It was amazing.
After seeing this I decided to have my rug cleaned on Steven’s recommendation.
It dried so quickly and looks and feels as good as new.
