The tech that came to my house was very professional and did a great job cleaning my carpets and couch. I like that there wasn't a strong chemical smell left behind like the strong cleaning solutions some companies in the past use. I would definitely use your company again!
Scheduled the appointment online and was able to pick the day and time. Received email updates each week up to my appointment. The 2 technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They walked me thru each room discussing options for my stains as well as giving me options. Highly recommend.

i have used zero rez many times. this last cleaning i was not pressed with the cleaning this time.. there were several spots that should of come out with a little elbow grease but you guys only go over the carpet one time. many spots should have been removed. thinking about your next visit. not sure
