Consistency and dependability.
The person cleaning carpets was knowledgeable and friendly.
To be honest, we were quite shocked at the difference in texture and color of our commercial carpets after they were cleaned. They went from scratchy almost crunchy feeling to soft and bright! We clearly had a build up of residue that changed the texture. Usually after our carpets are cleaned, the space smells pretty bad for a 24 hour+ while they completely dried out. It takes using fans and opening all the doors and windows to clear the smell. With Zerorez the space smelled fresh, just fresh and clean not perfumed and the carpets dried in half the time. The carpets seem like completely different carpets now and frankly we feel foolish that we didn't appreciate how different cleaning methods impact your carpets. Besides the great carpet cleaning job, Zerorez had great communication, their carpet tech was professional and conscientious, and their prices beat the competition.

I didn’t have high expectations given the age and current condition of the carpets in the rental house I live in. I previously use Stanley and wasn’t impressed with the turnout. I had heard about ZeroRez on the radio and figured I’d give it a go this time around. Again, the carpet is really old, and I have 7 pets. Colby arrived within the appropriate window and was nice and genuine. He walked around to visually inspect everything and he explained products and the process all very well. We had one rug, one couch, a staircase, a hallway, and 4 bedrooms cleaned. Colby seriously was amazing. He worked quickly, efficiently, and was very thorough. He went above and beyond what I expected. The results were also above and beyond expectations. Everything cleaned turned out 100% better than before. I can’t say enough great things about his service and will be requesting him in the future.
