The professionalism that Daniel exhibited upon arrival was top of the mark. He brought 17 year old carpets back to life. He also gave honest observations on the carpets and only recommended using deodorizer on 2 of the 5 bedrooms cause those were the only 2 rooms that had a musty smell from the previous owners dog. I will definitely use them again in the future.
Zerorez is amazing as always! Even having used them multiple times I am still amazed at what they can do. Cody is wonderful also. Would gladly have him every time.

We had a great carpet cleaning service called Try it Dry. Unfortunately the owner went blind over time and so for 20 years we have been trying different cleaners and even tried renting and buying equipment. Nothing came close to the dramatic difference Zerorez made. I only wish I had taken before and after pictures to post here. Grant did a fantastic job and the carpet dried much faster than after other cleaners jobs.
I like that there are no harsh chemicals used and service was sufficient.
