Excellent communication from this company from the first call to the departure after completed service. They explained all steps of the process and what would be done, provided an estimate on cost of service (which was then verified before the job was started to confirm all details were correct), took care of my home (shoe covers, corner guards) and were so so polite the entire time they were completing the job.

There was only 1 thing that left me a little "icked" - when paying the invoice (which I was taking care of as the technician was starting the job)....one of the first questions was "Do you want to leave a tip?". Carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning isn't a service I would have ever considered leaving a tip for. This gave me anxiety. If I gave too little in comparison to what others had given, I would seem unappreciative and what size of a tip do you give on a job nearly $2K?! I would say this be removed from the invoice process. The company set the prices to pay the employees and make the profits = I pay it as a customer. Just my opinion. In truth, I did give a cash tip (not in the invoice).

Quick - yet thorough!

Oh my goodness, Eric was amazing. He was the politest service provider I have ever had in my home. He listened to our needs and discussed the options and the process. He went to work right away. He met our dog enthusiastically and wanted to pet him to help settle him down, which is greatly appreciated. After the job was done we walked us through the area that he cleaned. It looked fantastic, considering the carpet is at least 22 years and had pet spots. I will definitely use Zerorez again and will refer my friends and family to you.

No smell....cleans good

Zerorez has always done a great job. They removed all the stains and smells. We love Zerorez because they are quick, efficient and effective. We take a blacklight to the carpet after they leave and all pet stains are gone and removed. They made our area rug look new.

Depth of cleaning
