I like the idea of no chemicals left in our carpets. There was a noticeable freshness and brightness that remained after the carpet dried. Dark spots such as where my husband takes off his street shoes and puts them on was cleaned up, and the large spot where he spilled a soda was removed. The serviceman was cordial and accepted a tip of a couple of jars of my homemade jam. I will continue to use Zerorez in the future.

This is the first time I’ve used your company. I did feel like the fee for doing a deep deodorizing of pet area was too high for such a small area so I chose not to purchase that. Otherwise, the carpet is clean and I’m satisfied. Technician was pleasant and did a good job.
