The technician who came to our home could not have been more courteous, professional, or diligent. He did a fantastic job. The carpet looks great. My comments pertain to your technician, Nelson, who cleaned our carpets and tile floors. He did an excellent job with the cleaning part, plus he was professional all the while personable, polite, and respectful of me and of my home. I felt the cost of the service was well worth the work and results that were provided.

The other tech, Tristen, cleaned our dual AC & heating unit. No fault of his, but I was not expecting the fee he quoted after looking at our unit. I thought the $1,000+ fee I was quoted on the phone included all of the work he assessed, so when he quoted $2,000+, I was shocked. Tristan was very patient while I asked him to explain the additional fees, and even when I called the company to state my surprise, he helped me explain to whomever I was talking at Zerorez why I was confused and surprised

I would recommend Zerorez to others, but would caution them to completely understand the fees prior to booking an appt.

I think the booking agent for the duct cleaning should better explain exactly what the base fee covers and explain, based on the assessment of the tech, additional charges would most likely be added to the base fee.

I would request Nelson and Tristan by name for any repeat services.

This was my first experience with this company. Very efficient and very good results. Joseph was the service man and he was polite and did all I had requested to be cleaned. I was most pleased that my carpets dried a good bit quicker that regular shampooed carpets.

That chemicals are not used. Friendly and knowledgeable service providers.

Zerorez had my area rug for approximately 5 weeks. When it arrived, I noticed 2 of the edges still looked dirty, I am a little dissapointed. However the technician Justin Katich was fabulous , he cleaned the stairway rugs that were VERY soiled and now look brand new. I wish the 2 edges of the area rug would have turned out as nice as the stairway. I will continue to request JUSTIN KATICH whenever I need to have my rugs cleaned. I don't think the extra amount charged was worth the area rug cleaning due to the edges. Moving forward I will have it cleaned at home.
