I was very pleased by the professional service I received. The technician, Shane, was very thorough, didn't rush, he did an amazingly job on this old carpet. Its like brand new! I definitely will be recommending Zerorez to my family and friends.

The company & Derek were great. The young lady in the office was very informative and kept me up to date on the goings on. Then on the 5th Derek called to inform me where he as, as to his time of arrival. This young man went straight to work, very cordial, very professional, very encouraging on his work ethics.
