Both men who came to my home were very curious and helpful. I called a second time , because when the carpet dryed I could still see the stains. You sent Triston out and he went over the areas that were strained for no charge. I knew that they would be difficult to get up but he helped to make them look better. He advise me how to lighten them up with a oxide cleaner.
I will use Zerorex again and will recommend you to my friends.

Giving you a 10 because Tyler is exceptional. This was a call-back service after a previous cleaning several days prior didn't alleviate pet accident odors. Tyler quoted a fair price and took perfect care of the issues upstairs, and offered to touch up an area downstairs under your "gotta love it" guarantee that made this a much more satisfying experience. Zerorez continues to be our carpet cleaner of choice because of Tyler's good work.

The flooring is very clean and refreshed. The are rug is very refreshed and dog odor from urine is gone. Madison was very though and did the job right. She made sure to get the carpet and floor as clean as she could. She made sure to protect my furniture so the hose didn’t do any damage. Your products worked well and your technition did an excellent job.
